What a beautiful sunny day today in Newbury!
We had the doors and windows open whilst we painted this beautiful scene; the boathouse on Lake Ullswater.
Today's class was titled Reflections.
I remember the boathouse from when I was little and used to live near to Ullswater, it is now a wonderful place to stay: Duke of Portland Boat House
(I said I would post a link so everyone who came today, could see just what it looks like inside, we've spent all day studying it from the outside!)
It was a full class today, so the paintings looked fantastic at the end, all lined up in our gallery in their very professional mounts.
