We had a great cupcake class this morning.

Our Stage 1 Class that covers baking, fondant icing and buttercream icing.

Vintage Style Cupcake Class

We had a really enjoyable time making Vintage Cupcakes last week.

Using pastel shades and various icings, we learnt how to use moulds, embossers and lustre powders.

The cupcakes looked very pretty with their buttons, bows, brooches, flowers, butterflies and bunting!

There is another Vintage Cupcake class this Saturday 13 October, from 11am - 1pm.

Cupcakes Hen Party

I had a great Saturday afternoon with Bex and her Hen Party.

There was definitely a Pink theme going on!

Chief Hen made the beautiful aprons for them all to wear.

Sunday 23 September: COACH TRIP TO THE CAKE & BAKE SHOW  £39.50

I know, it's not a class, but it's an important date in our Cupcake Calendar!

There are still spaces available, we leave Newbury Wharf at approx 8am, we will be taken to Earls Court and collected again at 4pm.

Mary Berry and a host of other bakers and chefs will be there, talking and demonstrating alongside stalls full of baking goodies.  For more details visit the show website:

Chocolate Cupcake Class - 28 April

We had a delicious Chocolate Cupcake Class this morning at Treetops.

We made some chocolate decorations, a rich chocolate ganache, coloured fondant icing decorations, chocolate buttercream and spent time decorating them to perfection!

Cupcake Class with Vectorworks

This morning we had a group in from Vectorworks in Newbury

They made some delicious cupcakes, and some great fondant decorations.

A Busy Cupcake Day

We started our Saturday morning with a Stage 2 Cupcake Class

We spent more time on shaping our flowers with flower paste, making buttercream roses and shaping petals into larger roses.

(Please note that you must have attended a Stage 1 class at Treetops before booking a Stage 2 class).

All classes cost £50 and include all materials, ingredients, a top tips/recipe booklet to take home, along with 6 of your beautifully created cupcakes!)

Cupcake Class 1 July

We had a group of Mums from Thorngrove School in today.

The turquoise icing colour was particularly popular.

Plenty of flowers, hearts and butterflies were created for the decorating.
