Great to have Sarah back at Treetops this week for Autumn Aga.

Sarah shared some great recipes including roast pork, casseroles, brownies, sponge pudding, roasted root vegetables and more!

The group shared tips and ideas throughout the morning.

There was plenty of food for a delicious lunch, a glass of wine and time to buy some books and goodies from Sarah's travelling shop.

Christmas Aga with Sarah Whitaker

Delicious and Festive

A great morning with Sarah and her Christmas recipes, ideas for the day itself and the days surrounding Christmas when you may be entertaining.

Plenty of top tips to do with ingredients, oven juggling, freezing and making ahead.

It's amazing what Sarah can achieve in 2.5 hours!

We had the turkey, roast potatoes, vegetables galore, a vegan curry, a rice dish, a vegetarian tart and 3 puddings!

The red cabbage below was delicious after it's simmer in mulled wine ....

The lighting of the Christmas Pud ...

After Sarah has finished, everyone enjoys a tasting lunch of all the food cooked along with some mulled wine.

Thanks to Sarah for another great Treetops Aga class.

Christmas Aga with Sarah Whitaker

Sarah returned for our very popular Christmas Aga Class, which this year featured

TURKEY!

Sarah gave everyone plenty of tips and ideas for making a delicious Christmas Day Menu, this included lots of dishes that can be prepared and frozen ahead of time.

The Cranberry Sauce can be made as a gift.

Sarah made a delicious pear, walnut and stilton quiche for the vegetarians and showed us all how you don't need to 'bake blind' in an Aga.

There were plenty of vegetables accompaniments, crispy roast potatoes, perfect make ahead gravy, a root and sweet potato mash and a great recipe for the perfect sprouts!

As an alternative to the traditional Christmas pud, we also had a chocolate and fruit bombe, here it is covered in cream and golden stars glitter.

Sarah will be back with us in the New Year with new recipe ideas and plenty of tips and advice for using your Aga.
