I'm just back from Cornwall, and it's definitely feeling chillier and more autumnal in Berkshire.

We have some cosy autumn classes coming up, some of which we will have around the fire!

Spring Cookery - Places available!

There are spaces available on Vanessa's next class, which is Spring Entertaining on Thursday 18 March. The class starts at 9.30am and finishes at approximately 3pm, the cost is £75 and this includes all ingredients, recipes to take home, a 3 course delicious lunch (that you have helped cook!) and also something that you have made to take home with you.

The classes are great fun, full of top tips, ideas of food that can be prepared ahead or frozen, and also amazing presentation ideas.

Book now, as Vanessa won't be teaching during the Summer Term, so this is her last class for a while!

Lazy Days Cookery

A delicious day with a variety of recipes to make light work in the kitchen this summer. Instead of a bread, we made gruyere and bacon scones; working in pairs, we made over 100, so there were plenty for lunch and to take home. They can be easily frozen and just warmed through in the oven, and were great with the salmon starter we made.

Figs and a Coconut Jelly featured in the puddings. For more great Summer recipes, there is just ONE PLACE left on Summer Entertaining with Vanessa, which is on Wednesday 24 June.
