It was great to welcome Sarah back to Treetops on Friday.
Fantastic recipes and plenty of top tips.
Sarah showed everyone how to get the most out of their Agas, whether they are 2 door, 3 door, 4 door, with a module or without, gas, electric, oil, 20 years old or brand new dual control! We had quite a variety this week.
A delicious oven baked tomato and parmesan risotto.
A plum cobbler, it's topped with a crunchy scone topping.
This prawn and plum stir fry was full of flavour.
A very useful Salmon roulade, that can either be rolled this way to be cut into slices as a starter, or if you roll it in the other way it can make small canapes.
There were so many other things made during the morning, a joint of ham, gammon steaks, beef, a prawn flan, beetroot mash, raspberry muffins.....
Lots of different things to plate up for a tasting lunch
After lunch there is time to look at Sarah's travelling shop, full of useful kitchen bits and pieces, her recipe books and Aga pans.
It's hard to believe that this time last week it was freezing cold and snowing!
Sarah will be back in September and November, email me if you would like to go on the mailing list.
