There were a great selection of puddings, especially this fruity jelly topped with pomegranate seeds in jewelled bowl.
Sarah returns to Treetops on Wednesday 16 September with her brand new class

It costs £65 and runs from 9.45am - 1.30pm
This includes a tasting lunch, a glass of wine and a copy of the recipes
to take home with you.
